No candidate shall be eligible to appear in the examination conducted by the Selection Committee without the following qualification:-
(a) Those who are not 29 years old on 1st Baisakh of the selected year (2027) and those who are not 35 years old can also be admitted.
(b) Graduate in the relevant subject or certificate in the relevant subject and having passed the certificate level and having served in the relevant field for at least ten years.
(c) Nepalese citizens,
(d) having received a certified letter from the concerned Chief District Officer stating that he is not a member of any political party, and
(e) Passed in Military Medical Board.
